       Why Acupuncture?

It can help with

Acupuncture balances the gut-brain axis and the nervous system to reduce stress, which improves your digestive function.

Chinese medicine can offer a full set of tools to help you when you have been diagnosed with depressive disorder and are embarking on one of the most difficult journeys of your life.

Pain is a messenger. Insertion of acupuncture needles signal the brain to release chemicals such as endorphins, norepinephrine, and enkephalin – the body’s natural painkillers. However, is essential to address the underlying physical and emotional causes for pain as it is the body’s alarm signal.

Weight Loss

Acupuncture can improve your weight control strategy by curbing appetite, decreasing cravings, increasing metabolism, improving digestion and regulating hormones. It will bring tremendous benefit to include both Western and Eastern-trained practitioners. Together we can optimize your preventive and therapeutic health care plan.

Chinese medicine is particularly effective for treating the emotional and physical forces that influence the harmony of a woman’s cycle, PMS, menopausal symptoms, and fertility.

Regular acupuncture sessions targeted to address your specific diagnosis can decrease stress and provide relief from anxiety, panic attacks, and paranoia.

Women's Health

“The acupuncture experience with Yana was exemplary from beginning to end. We began by entering her warm and cozy space and she asked me a few questions about my condition. Her technique was gentle and reassuring. I felt calm and relaxed and had immediate relief. As we concluded, she gave me some suggestions for diet, exercise and other lifestyle tips to promote even more healing. Yana is a gifted acupuncturist and provides a truly holistic experience. I highly recommend her.”
